عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مشارکت مصرف کنندگان جوامع مجازی

چکیده

امروزه جوامع مجازی با سرعت شگفت‌آوری از طریق ابزارهای هوشمند در زندگی مردم نفوذ کرده‌اند. این محیط‌ها زمینه‌ای را برای فعالیت کسب‌وکارها به‌منظور بهبود تصویر برند و ایجاد انگیزش در مشتریان جهت خرید و یا استفاده از خدمات به وجود آورده‌اند. در این محیط رقابتی جذب و حفظ مشتریان مستلزم دارا بودن درک بالاتری از رفتار آن‌ها می‌باشد، چراکه جذب کاربر بیشتر، منجر به سود‌آوری بالاتر می‌گردد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مشارکت مصرف کنندگان جوامع مجازی است. این پژوهش به‌صورت کیفی و کمی انجام‌شده است، به‌این‌ترتیب که ابتدا از ادبیات تحقیق مدل اولیه استخراج و سپس با استفاده از تحقیق کیفی مدل تکمیل گردیده و در نهایت مدل طراحی شده مورد آزمون کمی قرار گرفت. در بخش کیفی مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با 14 نفر از خبرگان که به‌صورت قضاوتی انتخاب شده بودند انجام شد که نتایج آن با تحلیل مضمون (تم) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس مدل طراحی شده به‌وسیله جامعه آماری 384 نفری که به‌صورت خوشه‌ای در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند مورد آزمون کمی قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد عوامل اکتشافی شناسایی شده شامل؛ طراحی، امنیت، فیلترینگ، محتوای موجود، و هدایت بر نگرش، تمایل، نیات جمعی و نهایتاً رفتار مشارکتی مصرف‌کننده تأثیرگذار است.

Abstract: Virtual communities have penetrated todays people life with astonishing speed through smart devices. The communities’ facilities have provided opportunities for businesses to create better brand image and motivating consumers to repurchase their products and services. Therefore, there is a dense competition between virtual communities to raise more consumer. This, in turn, requires a better understanding of consumer behavior. The aim of this research is to identify the virtual communities’ service factors that affect consumers’ behavior. We reviewed literature and designed a primary model. Then, we interviewed 14 experts who were selected on a judgmental sampling basis to design final model. Lastly, the model was tested by 384 university students who were among virtual communities consumers.  Results show the exploratory factors that affect consumer behavior most are; design, security, filtering, content and guidance.
