Meanwhile, the role of business schools in educating future managers and development influencers in many societies has been contemplated and demand for paying more attention to management education in areas of responsibility and sustainable development has increased. As a aresult of these demands, the concept of "Responsible Management Education", which focuses on corporate responsibilities and social impact of private sector activities on societies was born. The RME focal points refers to the environment, sustainable development, and business ethics in business school curriculums. In the last two decades, important developments have taken place in reference to RME and have opened up new discourses and paths in the field of management education and research. In this paper, we review a significant volume of related articles from reputable international publications, aiming at classifying the drivers and challenges business schools are facing, while introducing the evolution of RME.  Findings of this critical review of the literature indicate that following the first wave of changes in the curriculum of management schools, a new wave of demands for RME has been formed, which beyond just adding a limited number of optional or compulsory courses, calls for more fundamental changes and seeks to integrate these issues in the entire curriculum of business schools.}, keywords = {Responsible Management Education,Education for Sustainable Development,Business School,Corporate Social Responsibility,management education}, title_fa = {آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه: مسیر تکامل، پیش‌ران‌ها و چالش‌ها}, abstract_fa = {در چند دهه اخیر، الگوی توسعه سنتی اقتصاد-‌محور، به واسطه پیامدهای اجتماعی و زیست محیطی مخربی که باقی گذاشته، مورد سوال و انتقاد قرار گرفته است. در این بین، نقش مدارس کسب‌وکار در پرورش مدیران آینده و تاثیرگذاران بر توسعه در جوامع مورد توجه قرار گرفته و تقاضا برای توجه بیشتر آموزش مدیریت به حوزه مسئولیت‌پذیری و توسعه پایدار، افزایش یافته است. مفهوم «آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه» در نتیجه این مطالبات متولد شده است که به معنای درنظر گرفتن دیدگاه‌های مرتبط با مسئولیت‌های بنگاه‌ها و اثرات اجتماعی فعالیت‌های بخش خصوصی بر جامعه، توجه به محیط زیست ، توسعه پایدار و تمرکز بر اخلاق کسب‌وکار در برنامه آموزشی مدارس کسب‌وکار است. در دو دهه اخیر، در سطح بین‌الملل، تحولات مهمی در ارتباط با آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه رخ داده است و گفتمان و مسیرهای جدیدی را در حوزه آموزش و تحقیقات مدیریت باز کرده است. این مقاله‌، با بررسی حجم قابل توجهی از مقالات مرتبط این حوزه در نشریات معتبر بین‌المللی، سعی کرده تا ضمن معرفی سیر تحولات آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه، چالش‌ها و پیش‌ران‌های مرتبط به آن را جهت توجه مدارس کسب‌وکار دسته‌بندی کند. یافته‌های مرور تحلیلی ادبیات نشان می‌دهد پس از موج اول تغییرات در برنامه آموزش دانشکده‌های مدیریت، موج جدیدی از مطالبات برای توجه به آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه شکل گرفته است که خواهان تغییرات بنیادی‌تری بوده و به دنبال ادغام و یکپارچگی این مباحث در کل برنامه آموزشی مدارس کسب‌وکار و نه فقط اضافه‌کردن تعداد محدودی دروس اختیاری یا اجباری است.}, keywords_fa = {Responsible Management Education,Education for Sustainable Development,Business School,Corporate Social Responsibility,management education}, url = {http://journal.iams.ir/article_350.html}, eprint = {http://journal.iams.ir/article_350_b3b521bd76a58f5600d50900cd2fef66.pdf} }
