آسیب شناسی فرهنگ سازمانی در بخش دولتی ایران
فرهنگ سازمانی یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر کارآمدی نظام های اداری است. از اینرو وجود فرهنگ سازمانی که بستر طراحی برنامهها و اجرای تحول در سازمانهای اداری را فراهم کند، بر اثربخشی نظام اداری می افزاید. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی آسیبهای فرهنگ سازمانی در بخش دولتی ایران است. پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد با مطالعه وضعیت فرهنگ سازمانی در سازمانهای بخش دولتی چالشهای موجود را شناسایی کرده و راهکارهایی برای برون رفت از این چالشها ارائه کند. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی را تعدادی از خبرگان اجرایی و دانشگاهی و در بخش کمی کارشناسان و مدیران چهار وزارتخانه تشکیل دادهاند. روش تحقیق توصیفی بوده و به منظور گردآوری دادهها از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. تحلیل دادهها در بخش کیفی با تکنیک تحلیل تم و در بخش کمی با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و آزمون تی زوجی انجام گرفته است. بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق 29 آسیب در قالب پنج بُعد شناسایی گردید که در هر پنج بُعد بین وضع موجود و وضع مطلوب اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت.

مروری بر جهتگیریهای پژوهشی در حوزه کارآفرینی سازمانی
کارآفرینی سازمانی یکی از موضوعاتی است که در چند دهه اخیر توجه بسیاری را به خود جلب نموده است. از آنجایی که توسعه رفتارهای کارآفرینانه، راهکاری اساسی برای رشد سازمانهای امروزی به شمار میآید، مطالعه دقیق چگونگی توسعه کارآفرینی در سازمانها از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. در این راستا تحقیقات متنوعی توسط پژوهشگران مختلف به انجام رسیده است که هر کدام بخشی از پدیده کارآفرینی سازمانی را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. این مقاله در صدد است با مروری نظاممند بر مهمترین تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه کارآفرینی سازمانی، جهتگیریهای اصلی این تحقیقات را شناسایی نموده و مفاهیم کلیدی معرفی شده در تحقیقات پیشین را تشریح نماید. بدین منظور با تحلیلی آماری بر روی مهمترین تحقیقات انجام شده در این حوزه، تحقیقات پیشین به صورت موضوعی دستهبندی شدهاند. نتایج تحلیلهای صورت گرفته نشان میدهد، ادبیات کارآفرینی سازمانی را بر مبنای پژوهشهای انجام شده میتوان به سه دسته اصلی تقسیم نمود که عبارتند از مقدمات کارآفرینی سازمانی، فرآیند کارآفرینی سازمانی و نتایج کارآفرینی سازمانی. در این مقاله هر کدام از این دستهها معرفی شده و با بررسی تحقیقات شاخص مرتبط، مهمترین مفاهیم کارآفرینی سازمانی تشریح شدهاند.

تأملی بر ماهیت میانرشتهای دانش حوزه کارآفرینی: معیارها و وضعیت جاری
بحث «ماهیت میانرشتهای» یکی از مقولههای کلیدی مرتبط با ماهیت دانش کارآفرینی است. بخش عمده ای از کیفیت و اثربخشی فعالیتهای آموزشی، پژوهشی و آفرینشی حوزه کارآفرینی تابع توجه به نوع و ماهیت دانش کارآفرینی می باشد. تأمل عمیق در خصوص نوع و ماهیت دانش کارآفرینی برای ارتقاء اثربخشی فعالیت های این حوزه اهمیت شایانی دارد . درباره کیفیت میانرشتهای بودن دانش کارآفرینی دو نوع نگاه متعاقب وجود دارد : کارآفرینی به مثابه پیکره ای از دانش پراکنده و نامرتبط ، کارآفرینی به مثابه پیکره ای از دانش میان رشته ای نابالغ . با توجه به این نوع نگاه ها ،در این مقاله ی "مروری/ تحلیلی " تلاش می شود سئوال زیر مورد تامل قرار گیرد: بر اساس چه معیارهای می توانیم ماهیت میان رشته ای بودن دانش کارآفرینی را مورد ارزیابی قرار دهیم؟ . چهار معیار متعاقب برای قضاوت درباره میانرشتهای بودن دانش کارآفرینی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است: موضوع ، خاستگاه ، انسجام و هدف دانش کارآفرینی . ارزیابی تحلیلی وضعیت دانش کارآفرینی بر اساس معیارهای مورد اشاره نشان میدهد که این حوزه از ویژگی میان رشته ای بودن برخوردار است. ، اما نیاز به رشد و تکامل جدی به ویژه در معیار «انسجام دانش» دارد.

شناسایی عمدهترین سوگیریهای سرمایهگذاران در بازار سرمایه ایران با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل
بازارهای سرمایه نقش مهمی در اقتصاد دارند، زیرا وجوه نقد افرادی که توان استفاده از وجوه خود را ندارند، به کسانی که این توانایی را دارند، هدایت میکنند. طبیعتا عملکرد خوب این بازارها عامل کلیدی در تامین رشد اقتصادی خواهد بود، لذا اگر بازارهای سرمایه کارآ باشند، توسعه اقتصادی تحقق مییابد. از سوی دیگر بدلیل تصمیمگیری غیرمنطقی سرمایهگذاران در بازار سرمایه خطاهای سیستماتیک رخ داده و همین مساله موجب عدمکارآیی بازار میشود. هدف این مقاله، شناسایی عمدهترین سوگیریهای سرمایهگذاران در بازار سرمایه با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل1 است. به همین جهت، با بررسی نظاممندی که در پایگاههای معتبر داخلی و خارجی (در دوره زمانی 2016-1980) صورت گرفته، در نهایت تعداد 60 مقاله که از روش تحلیل آماری یکسان در مورد سوگیریهای سرمایهگذاران در بازار سرمایه استفاده کرده بودند با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار2CMA2 ، عمدهترین سوگیریهای شناختی و عاطفی سرمایهگذاران مشخص گردید. سوگیریهای شناختی شامل؛ اعتماد بیش از حد، اتکاء و تعدیل، نمایندگی، خوداسنادی، محافظهکاری، ابهامگریزی، حسابداری ذهنی، رویدادهای اخیر، شکلدهی، اثر وضعی، خودکنترلی، و سوگیریهای عاطفی عبارت از: خوشبینی، زیانگریزی و پشیمانگریزی هستند.

بررسی پیامدهای شهرت سازمانهای بخش عمومی: رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و هویت سازمانی
هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعه پیامدهای شهرت سازمان است. شهرت سازمان، پیشتر دغدغه پژوهشگران بخش کسب و کار بوده لیکن اخیرا پژوهشگران بخش دولتی نیز به آن پرداختهاند. در این پژوهش رابطه این متغیر بر رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی و هویت سازمانی مطالعه شده است. در این مطالعه رابطه هویت سازمانی به مثابه متغیر میانجی در نظر گرفته شده است. شهرت سازمان در بخش عمومی با استفاده از مقیاس طراحی شده توسط لوما-آهو و با پنج بعد اقتدار، احترام، اعتماد، کارایی و خدمات سنجیده شده است. رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی با مدل ارگان و هویت سازمانی نیز بر اساس مدل چنی و کرینر و اشفرث سنجیده شده است. این پژوهش در ستاد وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی تهران انجام شده است. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمعآوری شدهاند. به منظور تحلیل دادهها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان می دهند که بهبود شهرت سازمان، میتواند منجر به تقویت رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی و هویتیابی کارکنان با سازمان شود لیکن نقش میانجی هویت سازمانی تأیید نمیشود. یافته دیگر این پژوهش این است که شهرت سازمان منجر به کاهش هویتیابی خنثی، دوجنبهای و عدم احراز هویت با سازمان میشود.

در این پژوهش، رابطه میان ویژگی های خودشیفتگی و خودارزشیابی محوری و نیز سرمایه اجتماعی داخلی و خارجی مدیران عامل کارگزاریهای بورس اوراق بهادار با عملکرد بنگاه ها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. این رابطه از طریق سه عامل میانجی گرایش کارآفرینانه، رهبری تحولگرا و شهرت (مبتنی بر دیدگاه قابلیتهای پویا) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پیمایش 53 مدیر عامل کارگزاریهای بورس اوراق بهادار تهران شرکت داشتند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامهای متشکل از 10 شاخص اصلی، 20 زیرشاخص و 92 گویه گردآوری شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که میان خودشیفتگی و خودارزشیابی محوری و نیز سرمایههای اجتماعی داخلی و خارجی مدیران عامل و عملکرد بنگاههایشان رابطه مستقیمی وجود دارد. این رابطه همچنین بر اثر تعدیلگری عواملی چون نفوذ هیئت مدیره پویایی محیطی سابقه مدیرعامل در سمت فعلی و عمر شرکت، صحه گذاردند. نتایج تحقیق میتواند دیدی روشن از سازوکار تاثیرگذاری ویژگیهای شخصیتی مدیران ارشد بر عملکرد بنگاهها ارائه دهد. آزمون این یافته ها در صنایع مختلف و نیز بررسی تاثیر سایر ویژگیهای شخصیتی مدیران عامل بر عملکرد بنگاهها میتواند راه را برای تحقیقات آتی هموار سازد.
