حکمرانی شرکتی در ایران: پژوهش موردی شرکت های دولتی
این پژوهش به بررسی وضعیت حکمرانی شرکتی در شرکت های دولتی ایرانی می پردازد. با به کارگیری مفاهیم نظریه نهادی و مفهوم واردات، این پژوهش وضعیت حکمرانی شرکتهای دولتی ایرانی و نقش حکمرانی شرکتی در این بنگاه ها را مورد بررسی قرار میدهد. برای دستیابی به این مقصود، این پژوهش از روش کیفی تفسیری استفاده کرده و به جمع آوری داده های کیفی به شکل داده های ثانوی و همینطور مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاری با مدیران ارشد سابق و فعلی شرکت های دولتی میپردازد. یافته های پژوهش نشانگر نقش در هم تنیده چهار مولفه حاکمیت در سطح کلان، آموزش دهندگان و خبرگان، و زمینه سازمان ها در سطح میانی، و در نهایت فرهنگ و رفتار فردی در سطح خرد در ناموفق بودن دامنه دار موضوع حکمرانی شرکتی در ایران است. دستاورد نظری این پژوهش ارائه چارچوب نظری جدیدی بر مبنای نظریه نهادی، و مشخصا وارد کردن مفاهیم منطق نهادی و مفهوم واردات به پژوهش های حکمرانی شرکتی در حوزه شرکت های دولتی کشورهای در حال توسعه، و دستاورد ادبی آن ارائه دیدی تازه و جامع از وضعیت حکمرانی شرکتی در بنگاه های دولتی و عمومی ایرانی است. به علاوه، متخصصین و سیاستگذاران میتوانند با استفاده از پیشنهادات اصلاحی ارائه شده در این پژوهش چارچوب حکمرانی شرکتی سازمان ها را با دیدی تازه و جامع تر بهبود بخشیده و فرایند اجرای آن را تسهیل کنند، که نتیجه آن افزایش بهره وری شرکت های دولتی خواهد بود.

بازتاب رهبری خدمتگزار در سازمانهای مردمنهاد: نقش تعدیل گر اخلاق کار اسلامی
سبک رهبری در شکلگیری، رشد و بقای سازمانها و موسسات مردمنهاد با توجه به اتکای آنها به فعالیت-های داوطلبانه نقش حیاتی دارد. طبق پژوهشهای پیشین، سبک رهبری اغلب این نوع موسسات، سبک رهبری خدمتگزار است. پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی پیامدهای بهرهگیری از این سبک رهبری با هدف بازتاب تأثیر رهبری خدمتگزار در موسسات مردمنهاد انجام شده است. در این میان نقش اخلاق کار اسلامی به عنوان متغیر تعدیلگر این تأثیرگذاری نیز آزمون شده است. روش انجام پژوهش حاضر توصیفی همبستگی است. از بین جامعه آماری پژوهش که کارکنان موسسه خیره محک به تعداد 2200 نفر بودند، 327 نفر نمونه به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه استاندارد بود و دادهها با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزارهای SPSS وSmart PLS تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که رهبری خدمتگزار رابطه مثبت و معناداری با متغیرهای سطح فردی (تاب آوری و عجین شدن با شغل)، تیمی (تبادل تیمی)، سازمانی (هویت سازمانی و افتخار سازمانی) و خانوادگی (غنیشدن خانواده توسط کار) دارد. اما نقش تعدیلگر اخلاق کار اسلامی در رابطه بین رهبری خدمتگزار با پیامدهای مذکور تأیید نشد. به موسسات و سازمانهای غیردولتی و مردم نهاد پیشنهاد میشود که مدیران خود را به استفاده از سبک رهبری خدمتگزار تشویق نموده و بستر آموزش و تجربه ویژگیهای نوع دوستی داوطلبانه، التیام احساسی، معرفت و نقش متقاعدکنندگی برای مدیران و سرپرستان خود فراهم نمایند تا از پیامدهای فردی، تیمی، سازمانی و خانوادگی آن بهرهمند گردند.

رابطه جذابیت برند کارفرما وگرایش به مهاجرت : مطالعه نقش تعدیل گر امکان مهاجرت
هدف این مقاله مطالعه رابطه جذابیت برند کارفرمایان ایرانی و کاهش تمایل نخبگان برای مهاجرت، و نقش امکان مهاجرت در تعدیل این رابطه، می باشد. دراین پژوهش ترکیبی، با انجام مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته، با 44 دانشجوی سال آخر تعدادی از دانشگاه های مهندسی تهران شاخصهای جذابیت برند کارفرما شناسایی و سپس ، از پرسشنامه بومی شده جذابیت برند کارفرما و پرسشنامههای استاندارد امکان مهاجرت و گرایش به مهاجرت استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 12624 دانشجوی سال آخر در مقاطع مختلف دانشگاههای فنی و مهندسی برتر ایران بر اساس رتبهبندی شانگهای (2017)، میباشد، که با نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای، از 694 نفر اطلاعات جمعآوری شد. در تحلیل دادههای کیفی از روش تحلیل تم و برای تحلیل دادههای کمّی از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرمافزار پیالاس استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد جذابیت برند کارفرما با کاهش گرایش به مهاجرت دانشجوها رابطه معنی داری دارد و این رابطه توسط متغیر امکان مهاجرت تعدیل میشود. برمبنای یافتههای پژوهش، می توان انتظار داشت با ارتقاء جذابیت برند کارفرمایی در ارزشهای اقتصادی، توسعه ای، نوآوری و اجتماعی، گرایش نخبگان به مهاجرت کاهش می یابد.

نگاشت شبکه ادراکی بانک خاورمیانه با استفاده از نقشه مفهومی برند
برند هر شرکت از داراییهای مهم آن شناخته میشود. شرکتها تلاش میکنند برند آنها در جامعه با ویژگیهای خاصی شناخته شود که مجموعه این ویژگیها، هویت برند نامیده میشود؛ در واقعیت، هویت برند شرکت الزاما به طریقی که شرکتهای تجاری برنامهریزی میکنند، توسط مخاطبان درک نمیشود و افراد تداعیهای ذهنی گوناگون و متفاوتی نسبت به هر برند دارند. مجموعه تداعیهای ذهنی مخاطبان هر برند به عنوان تصویر آن برند شناخته میشود. نقشه مفهومی برند یکی از ابزارهایی است که در نگاشت تصویر برند و شناسایی تفاوت بین تصویر برند و هویت برند کمک زیادی به شرکتها میکند. هدف این تحقیق نگاشت شبکه ادراکی و تصویر برند بانک خاورمیانه است. به این منظور از روش نقشه مفهومی برند استفادهشد و 87 نفر از خبرگان خدمات بانکداری در بازه زمانی مردادماه تا دیماه سال 1397 مورد مطالعه قرارگرفتند. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد ویژگیهای مثبت بانک، مشتریمداری، ارائه خدمات با کیفیت و جایگاه اجتماعی و ویژگیهای منفی آن دسترسی محدود، ناشناخته بودن وحضور اجتماعی ضعیف بوده اند.

تاثیر سناریوهای محیطی بر عملکرد سیستم پویای بازاریابی: ( مطالعه کارگزاریهای بورس و اوراق بهادار)
بازار بورس به عنوان یکی از مهمترین نهادهای اقتصادی در تخصیص بهینه منابع و تامین مالی صنایع، نقش مهمی را در توسعه اقتصادی ایفا میکند. عملکرد شرکتهای کارگزاری بورس اوراق بهادار تنها واسطههایی هستند که سرمایههای عمومی را به بازار بورس پیوند میدهند و اثر مهمی در جذب سرمایهگذاران و شرکتهای حقوقی به بازار سرمایه و رونق هر چه بیشتر این بازار دارند. در این پژوهش تلاش شده تا ابتدا به کمک رویکرد پویایی شناسی سیستم، مدل پویایی از سیستم بازاریابی خدمات مالی در این شرکتها طراحی شده و رفتار متغیرهای کلیدی سیستم نظیر اثربخشی بازاریابی، رضایت و وفاداری مشتریان شبیهسازی شوند. فرایند مدلسازی و شبیه سازی رفتار متغیرها با استفاده از نرمافزار Vensim DSS صورت گرفته وبرای اعتبار سنجی مدل نیز RMSE محاسبه شده است. سپس ، مهمترین و نامطمئنترین سناریوهای محیطی شناسایی شدند و سناریوهای محیطی بر اساس این عوامل طراحی و عملکرد سیستم تحت شرایط محیطی مختلف آزمون شده است. در نهایت نتیجه آزمون سیاستهای مختلف بازاریابی در هر سناریو نشان میدهد مهمترین عامل در بهبود اثربخشیِ تلاشهای بازاریابی، کیفیت مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان است که می تواند اثربخشی را تا 20درصد بهبود داده و به مرز 70درصد برساند. در شرایط رونق بازار بورس ورکود سایر بازارها، سیاست افزایش ضریب نفوذ بازاریابی نظیر رکود فراگیر اقتصادی سیاست افزایش ضریب نفوذ بازاریابی میتواند اثربخشی بازاریابی را بصورت چشمگیری بهبود دهد.

مروری تحلیلی و نظام مند بر نظریه های مربوط به راهبرد همرقابتی به عنوان تعارضی در ادبیات مدیریت راهبردی
در شرایط پیچیده و چالشی دنیای کسبوکار، فعالان اقتصادی بهدنبال راهبردهای نوین جهت غلبه بر ریسکهای پیشرو هستند. یکی از رویکردهای جدید درحوزه کسب وکار، تغییر در نوع روابط بنگاه ها با رقبای خود در یک صنعت و حرکت به سمت همکاری و تعامل بیشتر با رقبا میباشد که از آن تحت عنوان "همرقابتی"، یاد میشود. این رویکرد که به تضادی در ادبیات مدیریت استراتژیک تبدیل شده از دیدگاههای نظری مختلفی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. هدف این پژوهش، مرور نظام مند ادبیات همرقابتی و تحلیلی بر نظریه های مربوط به این راهبرد است. در این پژوهش بر آنیم تا در آغاز مهمترین نظریه ها ورویکردهای ارائه شده در این حوره را معرفی کرده و سپس، با مقایسه نظریه ها و رویکردهای کمتر استفاده شده با نگاهی کلان تر به گونه شناسی نظریه های معرفی شده بپردازیم. ودر نهایت، چارچوب کلی پژوهشی رویکردهای حوزه همرقابتی را صورت بندی کنیم.نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد؛ ده نظریه پایه در حوزه همرقابتی ارائه شده که مهمترین آنها را نظریه های بازی ها، منبع محور و شبکه تشکیل می دهد. به بیانی دیگر اکثر پژوهش های این حوزه بر این نظریه ها تمرکز کرده اند. بعلاوه، نتایج پژوهش در حوزه راهبرد همرقابتی نشان می دهد که در خصوص مزایا،کاربردها ،گونه شناسی ، ماهیت متناقض و همچنین نحوه اثر گذاری آن بر عملکرد بنگاه های کسب وکار، تعاریف متعددی وجود دارد که از آن میان دو مبحث اعتماد متقابل و مدیریت تنش ها می تواند در شناخت و توسعه بیشتراین راهبرد، موثر واقع شود.
