طراحی مدل توانمندسازی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط دانش بنیان با رویکرد دیمتل
پژوهش حاضر به طراحی مدل توانمندسازی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط دانشبنیان میپردازد. پژوهش با درک نقش و اهمیت توانمندسازی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط و با توجه به ضعف مطالعات پیشین در خصوص معرفی یک مدل جامع توانمندسازی در این کسب و کارها اجرا گردید. برای به دست آوردن مدل از چارچوب آمیخته ترکیبی در گردآوری دادهها استفاده شده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه در بخش کیفی و کمی شامل خبران دانشگاهی و صنعت مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش میباشد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در بخش کیفی مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمهساختار یافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی برای نظرسنجی از خبرگان بوده است. تحلیل دادهها در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل تم و در بخش کمی،از تکنیک دیمتل جهت تعیین رابطه علی متغیرها استفاده شد. یافتههای بخش کیفی نشان داد که مدل توانمندسازی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط دانشبنیان متشکل از پنج بعد توانمندی فردی، توانمندی مالی، توانمندی کارآفرینانه، توانمندی بازاریابی و توانمندی فناوری است. همچنین یافتههای بخش کمی نشان داد عواملتاثیرگذاربر توانمندسازی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط، توانمندی فردی و توانمندی مالی بوده و عواملتاثیرپذیر نیز شامل توانمندی کارآفرینانه، توانمندی بازاریابی و توانمندی فناوری هستند.

آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه: مسیر تکامل، پیشرانها و چالشها
در چند دهه اخیر، الگوی توسعه سنتی اقتصاد-محور، به واسطه پیامدهای اجتماعی و زیست محیطی مخربی که باقی گذاشته، مورد سوال و انتقاد قرار گرفته است. در این بین، نقش مدارس کسبوکار در پرورش مدیران آینده و تاثیرگذاران بر توسعه در جوامع مورد توجه قرار گرفته و تقاضا برای توجه بیشتر آموزش مدیریت به حوزه مسئولیتپذیری و توسعه پایدار، افزایش یافته است. مفهوم «آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه» در نتیجه این مطالبات متولد شده است که به معنای درنظر گرفتن دیدگاههای مرتبط با مسئولیتهای بنگاهها و اثرات اجتماعی فعالیتهای بخش خصوصی بر جامعه، توجه به محیط زیست ، توسعه پایدار و تمرکز بر اخلاق کسبوکار در برنامه آموزشی مدارس کسبوکار است. در دو دهه اخیر، در سطح بینالملل، تحولات مهمی در ارتباط با آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه رخ داده است و گفتمان و مسیرهای جدیدی را در حوزه آموزش و تحقیقات مدیریت باز کرده است. این مقاله، با بررسی حجم قابل توجهی از مقالات مرتبط این حوزه در نشریات معتبر بینالمللی، سعی کرده تا ضمن معرفی سیر تحولات آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه، چالشها و پیشرانهای مرتبط به آن را جهت توجه مدارس کسبوکار دستهبندی کند. یافتههای مرور تحلیلی ادبیات نشان میدهد پس از موج اول تغییرات در برنامه آموزش دانشکدههای مدیریت، موج جدیدی از مطالبات برای توجه به آموزش مدیریت مسئولانه شکل گرفته است که خواهان تغییرات بنیادیتری بوده و به دنبال ادغام و یکپارچگی این مباحث در کل برنامه آموزشی مدارس کسبوکار و نه فقط اضافهکردن تعداد محدودی دروس اختیاری یا اجباری است.

الگوی محیطی موثر بر آینده نگاری راهبردی ورزش ایران و تعیین عدم قطعیت های کلیدی
هدف این تحقیق تبیین الگوی محیطی موثر بر آینده نگاری راهبردی ورزش ایران براساس مدلSTEEPELD و ترسیم عدم قطعیتهای کلیدی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف اکتشافی، از نظر ماهیت آمیخته و از نظر مسیراجرا در تحقیقات آینده، پیمایشی و تحلیل تاثیرات متقابل است. جامعه آماری 25 تن اعضای هیأت علمی مدیریت ورزشی دارای مرتبه دانشیاری و بالاتر بودند که با نمونه گیری ترکیبی در سه بخش از آنها استفاده شد. برای تنظیم عوامل محیطی پرسشنامه ای 61 سوالی با روایی همگرا ( 622/0) و ضریب پایایی مرکب (868/0) طراحی شد که برای تحلیل آن از آزمون فریدمن، مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری ((SEM به کمک نرم افزارPLS و پنل خبرگان استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد برازش کلی مدل با هشت شاخص محیطی و 745/0 GOF= مورد تأیید است و مؤلفههای سرمایه اجتماعی، رسانه های جمعی وشبکههای اجتماعی، سرانه استاندارد ورزشی و سیاست های زیست محیطی بهعنوان عدم قطعیتهای کلیدی شناخته شدند. ازاینرو، الگوی پژوهش میتواند بهعنوان یک راهنما در کاهش عدم اطمینان محیطی و اتخاذ تصمیمات راهبردی اثربخش باشد.

مدل برند سازی مبتنی بر مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمانی در صنعت بانکداری ایران بر اساس رویکرد مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با تمرکز بر هویت اجتماعی برند
در ادبیات نظری مرتبط به مدل های برند سازی شرکتی،نویسندگان به جایگاه مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمانی به عنوان عاملی تاثیرگذار در صنایع خدماتی نظیر بانک ها، کمتر پرداخته اند. هدف این پژوهش ارایه مدل برندسازی مبتنی بر مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمانی با استفاده از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM)[1] در صنعت بانکداری ایران است. در این تحقیق با هجده تن از خبرگان بانکداری کشور مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته برگزار شد.سپس، با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل تم، مولفه های موثر بر ایجاد مدل برند سازی مبتنی بر مسولیت اجتماعی، تعیین شدند و براساس آن، پرسشنامه تحقیق تدوین شد. پس از انجام آزمون های روائی و پایائی، پرسشنامه ها در میان 520 تن مشتریان سه شعبه شانزده بانک دولتی وخصوصی توریع شدند. داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار لیزرل مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دهنده تایید فرضیه های پژوهش در قالب مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM)است. همچنین، عوامل تاثیر گذار بر برند مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمانی در مدل پژوهش، در ایجاد یک برند اجتماعی قوی در صنعت بانکداری موثر می باشند و متغیر هویت اجتماعی برند، مهمترین تاثیر را در ساخت برند اجتماعی دارد. بعلاوه سه متغیر تصویر برند، شهرت برند و عملکرد برند منعکس کننده و سازه اندازه گیری وضعیت برند مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمانی در بانک می باشند.[1]- Structure Equation Modeling (SEM)

کاربست هوش مصنوعی در بخش دولتی (مطالعه ای فرا ترکیب)
ظهور هوش مصنوعی در سالهای اخیر تغییرات بسیاری را در عرصه جهانی به دنبال داشته است. با وجود پیشرفت های فناوری ، دولت ها هنوز هم خدمات را به روش های سنتی ارائه میدهند. برای بهرهگیری از مزایای هوش مصنوعی در بخش دولتی مدیران سازمانهای عمومی لازم است به طور چشمگیری استفاده از سیستمهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی را افزایش دهند. هدف این مقاله،تعیین پژوهشی برکاربست تحقیقات مربوط به هوش مصنوعی در بخش عمومی است. در این مقالۀ با استفاده از روش فراترکیب و با بهره گیری از پروتکل PRISMA چارچوبی برای مطالعات در باب کاربست هوش مصنوعی در بخش دولتی ارائه می دهیم . به این منظور، 400 مقاله برگرفته از از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی گیل ، ساینس دایرکت، پروکوئست و وب آو ساینس، در بازۀ زمانی سالهای 2015 تا 2020 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از انجام دو مرحله غربالگری، 29 پژوهش به عنوان مقاله با کیفیت بالا و متوسط جهت تحلیل عمیقتر شناسایی شدند و در نهایت چارچوبی مطالعاتی در باب کاربست هوش مصنوعی در بخش دولتی ارائه شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاکی ازآن بود که میتوان از هوش مصنوعی تقریبادر تمامی بخشهای دولتی بهره گرفت و دولت ها میتوانند با سیاستگذاری مناسب و در نظر گرفتن جنبههای اخلاقی ، از هوش مصنوعی برای ارائه خدمات بهتر در بخش عمومی بهره گیرند. با این حال ، توصیه میشود مطالعات گستردهتری در این باب صورت پذیرد.

ارائه مدل توسعه قابلیتهای پویای بازاریابی در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط لبنی
هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل توسعه قابلیتهای پویای بازاریابی است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با بهکارگیری رویکرد داده بنیاد انجام شد. جهت جمعآوری دادهها با هشت نفر از خبرگان و افراد مطلع مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. تحلیل داده در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت و سپس مدل کیفی پژوهش طراحی شد. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، مقوله محوری قابلیت پویای بازاریابی است. شرایط علّی در این پژوهش، ویژگیهای رقابتی صنعت، ویژگیهای فردی و انسانی، ویژگیهای مدیریتی، ویژگیهای سازمانی و سیستمهای پایش محیطی شناسایی شدند. همچنین در این پژوهش شرایط زمینهای و بستر شامل فرهنگ جمعی مبتنی بر گفتمان و دانش، مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری، بسترهای فناورانه اطلاعاتی و نیروی انسانی کارآمد میباشند. شرایط مداخلهگر نیز شامل سیاستهای کلان دولت، عوامل اقتصادی داخلی، عوامل تولیدی، تحولات مجامع بینالمللی و عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی شناسایی شدند. راهبردها شامل تشکیل تیمهای پایش محیطی، ایدهیابی، برگزاری جلسات مبتنی بر گفتمان، بهروزرسانی سیستمهای پایش و کسب اطلاعات محیطی، گرایش به سمت بازار، تسهیل اشتراکگذاری دانش و تقویت فرایندهای یادگیری سازمانی است؛ و در نهایت پیامدها شامل پایداری و ماندگاری کسبوکار، شناسایی و درک بهتر نیازهای مشتریان، واکنش سریع به تغییرات محیطی، توسعه محصول جدید، افزایش کیفیت محصولات، انطباق بهتر با شرایط بازار و تقویت نگاه صادراتی میباشند.
