FA
ََThis study explores internationalization in small- and medium-sized companies. Based on the resarch model, the role of environmental (external) and organizational (internal) factors on internationalization of small- and medium-sized companies is studied. A quationnaire was distributed among research sample managers (board members) of food industry units situated in Tehran and the gathered data was analyzed using structural equation. Results show that both factors positively affected internationalization but organizational factors had a more significant effect. This confirms the important role of organizations' managers and entrepreneurs.

FA
This research indentifies factors affecting supply chain performance. Based on experts' opinion, 34 indicators were identified to measure supply chain performance. Using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (regression correlation study), 21 indicators in the form of 6 factors were categorized. This model, in the order of effect, identifies customers (0.81), process (0.75), cost (0.54), flexibility (0.30), suppliers (0.29) and time (0.21) as factors affecting supply chain performance.

FA
This article is aimed at examining the role of mass media as the most powerful tool of managing public opinion in crisis management especially in the pre-crisis stage and designing an appropriate model for it. To find the elements of this model, a number of experts in media and crisis management were interviewed. Analyzing these interviews through grounded theory method, the butterfly model of media role in managing pre-crisis stage of crisis was designed. Based on this model the media play five functions at pre-crisis stage management: environment spanning, educating, leading public opinion, informing and creating public cohesion. Research findings approve the incredible role of media at pre-crisis management stage. Thus it is suggested to apply the model to predict the crisis on time, prevent it and get prepared for it.

FA
Abstract: Although all university majors are prominent and the necessity of their presences is of no question, they might not have the same priority basis considering different resources and strategies that could be spotted for a country. This paper focuses on clustering and ranking university majors in Iran. To do so, a model is presented to clarify the procedure. Eight different criteria are determined, and 177 existing university majors are compared on these criteria. First, by K-means algorithm, university majors are clustered based on similarities and differences. Then, by AHP algorithm, university majors are ranked.
