منافع تجارت الکترونیکی برای تولیدکننده و عرضه‌کننده

چکیده
ظهور تجارت الکترونیکی در دنیای مدرن، به‌عنوان وسیله‌ای ضروری برای کسب‌وکار، بیشترین تأثیر را در انجام فعالیتهای سازمان‌ها و تعامل با مشتریانشان داشته است لذا EC به‌عنوان فرصتی بزرگ، به‌منظور ایجاد ارزش‌افزوده برای تمامی ذینفعان، موردتوجه دنیای کسب‌وکار قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر به منظور آگاهی بیشتر از منافع بالقوه‌ تجارت الکترونیکی برای تولیدکنندگان و عرضه‌کنندگان انجام شده است. ضمن مرور ادبیات و مطالعه اکتشافی، ابتدا منافع دوازده‌گانه EC برای تولیدکننده/ عرضه‌کننده مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت و سپس پیمایشی به‌منظور آگاهی از تأثیر EC در شکل‌گیری منافع تولیدکننده/ عرضه‌کننده و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها، در میان تمامی 35 کارمند یک سازمان خدمات کامپیوتری ، صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد EC بر همه منافع دوازده‌گانه تأثیر معنی‌دار داشته و در شکل‌گیری آن‌ها مؤثر بوده است. اولویت این منافع برای تولیدکننده/ عرضه‌کننده در 8 ردیف جای گرفت که عبارت است از «مزیت رقابتی»، «دسترسی به بازار وسیع، دستیابی به بازار فروش 24 ساعته، کاهش مدارک کاغذی، صرفه‌جویی در زمان»، «عرضه محصولات الکترونیکی و کاهش هزینه‌ها»، «کاهش مسافرت‌ها»، «تعامل مستقیم با مشتری»، «رضایت مشتری»، «کاهش کارکنان»، «مدیریت موجودی».

The emergence of electronic commerce(EC) in today world has changed  the way of doing business for all stakeholders. In fact, in modern world, the advent of electronic commerce (EC) has had an enduring effects  on business. Given the increasing importance of EC in the business environment, this research was aimed  to answer this question:  What  are the EC benefits for both  producers and  suppliers. To achieve this objective, the author used a content analysis  method  by  reviewing  the EC literature  titled in organization and management journals.  The application of frequency  approach  showed  that the EC has twelve  benefits for  producer / supplier. Then a questionnaire  was distributed  among  all thirty five staff of a computer service firm. The finding show that eight out of twelve benefits that are:  "competitive advantage", “access to a vast market” ,”access to day and night marketing”, “lessening red tape”,” reducing spent time”,” reducing  cost”,” lessening  unnecessary trips” and ” direct interaction with customer” are most advantages respectively.
