الگوی عوامل تصمیم برون‏سپاری لجستیک با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری

چکیده

برون‌سپاری لجستیک به‌عنوان تصمیمی ‏راهبردی جهت کسب مزایای رقابتی شرکت‏ها تلقی می‏گردد. این مطلب اهمیت اتخاذ تصمیم ساختارمند در رابطه با برون‌سپاری لجستیک را نشان می‏دهد. این مقاله به بررسی مؤلفه‌های این تصمیم در شرکت‏های پخش محصولات غذایی و دارویی پرداخته و مدلی از نحوه تعامل عوامل تصمیم برون‌سپاری لجستیک را با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری ارائه می‏نماید. پس از مطالعه گسترده پیشینه پژوهش، 32 عامل از ادبیات موضوع استخراج گردید. پس از غربال آن‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای از 17 متغیر گزینش‌شده، مبتنی بر روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری تهیه و در پانل خبرگان صنعت پخش، تکمیل شد و پس از اخذ نظر خبرگان و تجمیع نظرات، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نمودار ساختاری تفسیری در 5 سطح شکل گرفت. با انجام تحلیل MICMAC عوامل در دو دسته متغیرهای پیوندی و وابسته قرار گرفتند که این تحلیل با نمودار هماهنگ می‌باشد. یافته‏های این پژوهش علاوه بر آنکه عوامل موردتوجه هنگام تصمیم برون‌سپاری لجستیک را نشان می‌دهد سطح و رابطه آن‌ها را مشخص می‏نماید. نتایج می‏تواند درک بهتری از موضوع و روابط بین متغیرها ایجاد کرده و به دست‌اندرکاران صنعت در این خصوص کمک کند.

Abstract: Logistics outsourcing is considered to be an excellent source of competitive advantage for companies. Therefore, systematic outsourcing decision making is an important issue. The purpose of this study is to obtain the factors influencing the logistics outsourcing decisions in order to propose a model based on interpretive structural modeling in distribution firms. To this end the author reviewed extensive literature and extracted the pertinent factors. A fuzzy screening method was used to reduce the number of these factors from 32 to 17. Then, according to the interpretive structural modeling, a questionnaire was completed by experts participating in a panel of food distribution Industry. The MICMAC analysis was used to categorize and classify the collected data. The implications of this research might lead to a better perception of the subject issue and decision making process.
