Editor's talk with the authors

During the three years since the publication of the Iranian Quarterly Journal of Management Sciences, I have more or less witnessed the receipt of articles, some of which have been good basic or applied research reports. However, many of these articles are less in line with the formal and content standards of articles published in scientific-research journals. Here I want to point out how researchers and writers can turn their research into printable articles. Assuming that an article is theoretically or methodologically flawed, it is suitable for publication when it is skillfully written.
