The Survey of effective factors on the performance of JVs

Abstract

The study aimed to identify effective factors on the performance of JVs. In order to gain this aim, several researches were reviewed and then some factors were identified and categorized. The factors are tested through questionnaires distributed in JVs affiliated to IDRO and their public partners and also some of professional in the JV fields.
The research resulted in selection of 15 effective factors and were also identified and their importance is studied.
