Abstract
The aim of this research is to identify the effective factors on organizational leadership branding with the approach of employee experience management, which led to the design of a model in Iran's automotive research and development centers. This research was done in terms of purpose, application, discovery and qualitative- quantitative method. In order to collect the necessary information in this research, the library method and interviews with experts (qualitative part) were used, and to determine the cause and effect relationships using Dematel method, a questionnaire was used (quantitative part).The analysis of research findings shows that Through identifying the expectations of stakeholders, creating an effective dialogue with customers, and providing performance results at the same time as adhering to social responsibilities and promoting organizational resilience, it is possible to meet the expectations of stakeholders, which the combination of these three factors That is, the existence of competent managers, good experience of employees and appropriate response to stakeholders' expectations can facilitate the leadership brand of an organization. The results of the quantitative part show that the deployment system of managers' development has a one-way relationship with the management of employees' experience and responding to the expectations of stakeholders, while these two themes have a two-way and stronger relationship with each other.
