Abstract
The present research aimed to Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Intellectual Capital in the Hotel Industry in 3, 4 & 5 Star Hotels of East Azerbaijan Province has been done. The data required for this research has gathered by questionnaire with Simple random sampling method through 3, 4 & 5 stars hotels employees of Tabriz City. This research, in terms of purpose is functional and based on data collection, is descriptive survey. Also, It has been used structural equation modeling through the Smart Pls software to analyze data. Statistical population of this research has considered all employees of the 3, 4 & 5 stars Hotels Tabriz City. The provided results indicate that Emotional Intelligence and every one of its dimensions on Intellectual Capital have a positive and significant impact. And also it was shown that variable Social Awareness has the largest is path coefficient and its impact on Intellectual Capital is higher than other variables.
