Designing a chaos formation model, a model for chaos prediction and management (qualitative research based on Grounded theory).

Abstract
Chaos formation is a new field in management and organization literature. Thinking managers based on chaos theory can enable organizations, even in small periods of time, to identify chaotic and uncertain fields and environments, and based on the chaos formation model, they can predict chaos and prevent the occurrence of crises. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing a Chaos formation model in public universitiescase study of Lorestan universities. This is a qualitative research and is an exploratory research type and its aim is to discover and identify the pattern of chaos formation in universities and how chaos is managed. It is also a cross-sectional research in terms of timing. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The statistical population consisted of managers and professors of the management department of Lorestan University, and the members of the statistical sample were selected using purposive sampling. The identifiers of the chaos formation model were collected using a semi-structured interview and analyzed using the Strauss and Corbin coding method (399 key concepts, 46 sub-categories and 20 main categories). Based on the findings of the research, the classified data were divided into three categories of creating factors, predictors of the formation of chaos and countermeasures, and the results. . The concept of chaos was chosen as the central phenomenon, which includes four categories of strange attractions, fractal geometry, dynamic process and butterfly effect.
