ارائه مدلی به منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر بر عملکرد سرمایه گذاری های مشترک : مورد مطالعه شرکت ایدرو

چکیده

یکی از موثرترین راه­های رشد و توسعه اقتصادی در کشورهای در حال توسعه و انتقال دانش و تکنولوژی روز از طریق تاسیس شرکت­های سرمایه گذاری مشترک با مشارکت شرکت­های خارجی و یا داخلی توانمند می­باشد که بر اساس تحقیقات به عمل آمده با نرخ شکست بالایی مواجه هستند. هدف تحقیق شناسایی و انتخاب عوامل موثر بر عملکرد سرمایه­گذاری­های مشترک (JV) می­باشد. در این مقاله از طریق مطالعه و بررسی تحقیقات و پژوهش­های انجام شده توسط محققین داخلی و خارجی و مصاحبه با متخصصین و صاحب نظران و همچنین بررسی شرکت­های سرمایه گذاری مشترک وابسته به سازمان گسترش و نوسازی صنایع ایران، عوامل متعددی شناسایی و دسته­بندی شده و از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه در بین شرکت­های سرمایه گذاری مشترک وابسته به سازمان مذکور و شرکای دولتی و خصوصی آنها و همچنین خبرگان و متخصصین حوزه سرمایه­گذاری مورد پایش و ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. در نتیجه این تحقیق 15 عامل موثر بر عملکرد سرمایه گذاری های مشترک شناسایی و بر اساس آزمون فریدمن الویت‌بندی گردیده است.

چکیده [English]

The study aimed to identify effective factors on the performance of JVs. In order to gain this aim, several researches were reviewed and then some factors were identified and categorized. The factors are tested through questionnaires distributed in JVs affiliated to IDRO and their public partners and also some of professional in the JV fields.
The research resulted in selection of 15 effective factors and were also identified and their importance is studied.
