The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationships and prioritizing the dimensions and components of green human resources management to strengthen environmental spontaneous behaviors.The statistical population of the qualitative part is20university experts,specialists and human resource managers of Shiraz municipality, who were selected by non-probability snowball sampling,12samples were selected until saturation was reached.Data analysis was done by coding.The statistical population was a small part of experts and employees of Shiraz Municipality, numbering7030 people.364employees of Shirazmunicipality(employees and experts)were selected as a sample using the multi-stage cluster probability sampling method and Cochran's formula.The data collection tool is the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire.The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the opinions of human resources professors and its reliability was estimated at0.958with Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software were used to analyze the questionnaire data.The findings of this research include128 indicators, 23components and7dimensions initially identified, of which38 indicators,10components and4dimensions were confirmed after the review of human resources professors. Finally, the desired model was drawn according to theoretical foundations and interviews.Thefindings of this research indicate that"green education and development","green value factors","setting green criteria", "green knowledge and skills", green consulting", saving energy and resources"and "waste reduction"have more priority than other dimensions, components and indicators.This research can be effective in the implementation, implementation and development ofgreen human resource management practices to strengthen organizational citizenship behaviors withan environmental approach ingovernment organizations,especially municipalities.This research has a new look at human resource management methods and transformation in its traditional practices.
