The main purpose of this article is to study the relation between psychological empowerment factors and employees' performance in Iran's auto part industry. Using a Delphi technique, determinants of psychological empowerment and employees' performance were identified. Factor analysis and structural equations were then applied to study the relation between the identified factors. Finally a domestic model was provided to help improve employees' Performance
