تاثیر امنیت اجتماعی بر تصویر ذهنی گردشگران خارجی از ایران: بررسی نقش تجربه ، ارزش‌ها و نگرش‌ها

چکیده
امنیت از شاخص های اساسی رفاه انسان‌ها محسوب می شود و چرخ‌های رشد و تعالی جامعه و افراد آن در گرو  تامین این نیاز اساسی است. گردشگری به عنوان یکی از مهمترین مؤلفه‌های توسعه و رفاه اقتصادی بیشتر کشورها در سایه وجود امنیت اجتماعی می تواند به رشد و بالندگی منتهی گردد. لذا وجود امنیت به عنوان یکی از اثرگذارترین شاخص های جذب گردشگر همواره مورد توجه پژوهشگران بوده است. در پژوهش حاضر سعی شده است تا از میان متغیرهای اثرگذار بر تصویر ذهنی گردشگران، به بررسی تاثیر امنیت اجتماعی، با در نظر گرفتن نقش تجربه، ارزش ها و نگرش های گردشگران، در میان گردشگران خارجی در سال 1396 از ایران بازدید کرده اند، پرداخته شود. برای این منظور پرسشنامه ای طراحی گردید و روایی و پایایی آن مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. سپس به صورت در دسترس در میان 419 نفر از گردشگران خارجی توزیع شد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها، حاکی از تاثیر مثبت و معنادار حضور متغیرهای تجربه، ارزش ها و نگرش‌های گردشگران در ارتباط اثرگذار امنیت اجتماعی بر تصویر ذهنی گردشگران خارجی از ایران می باشد.

چکیده English

Providing security and protecting the lives and properties of tourists and visitors whether local and non-local, Is a major factor for all societies pursuing economic prosperity and development through tourism industry. Therefore, social security has  been among  the subjects that  researchers in the field of tourism are willing to study. This paper is aimed at examining the effect of social security on the mental image building of foreign tourists, focusing on the role of their experiences, values and attitudes. A questionnaire was distributed among 419 in access foreign tourists who have visited Iran in 2017. The results show a positive effect of social security on tourism image building through the variables of tourists experiences, values and attitudes.
