Due to the growth of technology in today's world, there are many new solutions that can improve the quality of humans. Virtual reality to create immersive experiences that enable tourists to see spiritual sites and participate in spiritual ceremonies from anywhere in the world. The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying new solutions to improve the marketing of spiritual tourism based on technological developments (case study: Iran). Descriptive research is a survey. The statistical sample of the research includes 5 experts of tourism management professors who were selected and interviewed in a non-random and purposeful manner and 15 desired factors were obtained. Then, in order to draw the research model, the opinions of 37 tourism marketing experts were used. Data and scenarios were analyzed using fuzzy cognitive mapping technique and the research model was designed using social network analysis. In this regard, several factors are involved, among which the factors of providing online reservation services and electronic payment systems, the use of virtual and augmented reality technologies to improve the experience of tourists, and the creation of spiritual and educational websites to attract tourists were the most important respectively; Because they were more central.
