The main purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of managers' entrepreneurial mindset on the innovation performance of Shafa Darou Holding Company, with the mediating role of organizational ambidexterity. Given the relationships between the research variables, three specific hypotheses were also considered. This research was applied in purpose, and in terms of data collection, it was a descriptive-survey study of the correlational type. The statistical population consisted of managers at various levels of Shafa Darou Holding and its subsidiary companies, from which 176 individuals were selected using the Cochran formula and simple random sampling. The collected data, gathered using standardized questionnaires, were analyzed using PLS Smart 3 and SPSS26 software. To confirm validity, three types of validity (content, convergent, and discriminant) were used, and to confirm reliability, three criteria (factor loadings, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and composite reliability coefficient) were employed. The research findings indicated that managers' entrepreneurial mindset in Shafa Darou Holding Company had an impact of 0.639 on innovation performance, managers' entrepreneurial mindset had an impact of 0.405 on organizational ambidexterity, and organizational ambidexterity in Shafa Darou Holding Company had an impact of 0.319 on innovation performance in this company. These impacts accounted for 41%, 16%, and 10% of the variance changes in the dependent variable, respectively. Based on the t-value, all effects were significant at the 0.01 level. Furthermore, findings using the Baron-Kenny and Sobel tests confirmed the partial mediating role of organizational ambidexterity in the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and innovation performance.
